Sobre los Hechos y las Evidencias Consideradas\u003C\u002Fem>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>Tras las investigaciones, el análisis y la evaluación de los informes\u003Cbr>presentados por los equipos de trabajo de las siete mesas\u003Cbr>temáticas, \u003C\u002Fspan>e\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">l Tribunal considera acreditados los hechos\u003Cbr>presentados y emite las siguientes conclusiones:\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>5. \u003Cstrong>Se ha expuesto y documentado que el Estado español lleva\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003Cbr>\u003Cstrong>décadas colaborando con la ocupación, el apartheid y la\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003Cbr>\u003Cstrong>Nakba permanente, y con el genocidio en último término, violando la\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003Cbr>\u003Cstrong>legalidad internacional y, con ella, la prohibición a los estados\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003Cbr>\u003Cstrong>terceros de ayudar o asistir a otro en la comisión de crímenes\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003Cbr>\u003Cstrong>internacionales. El gobierno español tenía y tiene pleno\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003Cbr>\u003Cstrong>conocimiento de las ilegalidades y crímenes de guerra cometidos\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003Cbr>\u003Cstrong>por el Estado israelí, sin que esta información haya motivado las\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003Cbr>\u003Cstrong>medidas correspondientes para suspender relaciones económicas\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003Cbr>\u003Cstrong>ni diplomáticas, ni para imponer las sanciones obligadas por\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003Cbr>\u003Cstrong>numerosas resoluciones internacionales.\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003Cbr>\u003Cbr>6. Un caso de especial relevancia es el relativo a la\u003Cbr>Global Sumud Flotilla, atacada por las fuerzas de ocupación israelí, que\u003Cbr>secuestraron, maltrataron y deportaron a 49 personas con\u003Cbr>pasaporte español. El gobierno “actuó” abandonando la obligación\u003Cbr>legal de tomar las medidas necesarias para proteger los derechos\u003Cbr>de sus ciudadanos.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>7. La expansión de la industria bélico-policial-securitaria, junto con\u003Cbr>las prácticas de cabildeo del sionismo, alimenta la trama de\u003Cbr>intereses empresariales, sociales y políticos que marcan las\u003Cbr>agendas de los agentes implicados. Esta trama de intereses se\u003Cbr>sostiene y refuerza sobre una “simbiosis estatal-corporativa” en la\u003Cbr>que las administraciones públicas de estados cómplices como el\u003Cbr>español actúan a modo de apéndices instrumentales de los\u003Cbr>mercados, muy especialmente de las corporaciones dedicadas a la\u003Cbr>producción de daño y muerte.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>8. Una red de empresas estatales, nacionales e internacionales\u003Cbr>participa activamente del negocio del genocidio, prestando\u003Cbr>servicios, fabricando productos, alimentando la maquinaria\u003Cbr>económica y logística de la ocupación y reforzando sus lógicas de\u003Cbr>captura del espacio y opresión sistemática.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>9. Durante los últimos dos años, los puertos del Estado español se\u003Cbr>han convertido en enclaves cruciales de las rutas que abastecen de\u003Cbr>armas y energía al régimen genocida de Israel. Estos puertos,\u003Cbr>infraestructuras públicas financiadas con recursos colectivos, se\u003Cbr>han convertido en nodos logísticos de una maquinaria genocida\u003Cbr>que sostiene la ocupación, el apartheid y la destrucción sistemática\u003Cbr>de Palestina. Rutas y escalas se repiten regularmente, con los\u003Cbr>puertos de Algeciras, Valencia, Barcelona, Cartagena y la base naval\u003Cbr>de Rota desempeñando papeles distintos en una misma red. Los\u003Cbr>puertos españoles son piezas de una logística genocida integrada.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>10. La evidencia presentada demuestra que la Banca Armada ha\u003Cbr>desempeñado un papel crucial en la producción y uso de las armas\u003Cbr>utilizadas en Gaza. Los bancos Santander y BBVA, seguidos por\u003Cbr>Caixabank, Ibercaja, Banca March… son a la vez beneficiarios y\u003Cbr>facilitadores imprescindibles del exterminio del pueblo palestino.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>11. Ha sido documentado que empresas del sector de la obra civil y\u003Cbr>las infraestructuras se han beneficiado de la ocupación y el\u003Cbr>apartheid, puesto que han colaborado y participado en proyectos\u003Cbr>desarrollados en los territorios ocupados que violan los principios\u003Cbr>los derechos de la población palestina. Constructoras españolas\u003Cbr>están asociadas a proyectos energéticos y de infraestructuras\u003Cbr>viarias o ferroviarias.\u003Cbr>\u003Cbr>12. Se ha documentado que hay corporaciones multinacionales\u003Cbr>extractivas israelíes con filiales en España y directamente cómplices\u003Cbr>con el genocidio. Se ha constatado que entidades públicas,\u003Cbr>académicas y financieras funcionan de forma entrelazada y\u003Cbr>mantienen relaciones con estas empresas cerrando los ojos ante\u003Cbr>sus violaciones de los derechos humanos.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>13. Se ha documentado que, en ámbitos fundamentales para la\u003Cbr>supervivencia del pueblo palestino –como el agua, la energía y los\u003Cbr>bienes y servicios básicos–, empresas españolas e israelíes obtienen\u003Cbr>importantes beneficios.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>14. Se entiende probada la conexión del capital inmobiliario, los\u003Cbr>fondos de inversión y ciertas instituciones españolas con fondos de\u003Cbr>inversión israelís y estodounidenses responsables de la violación de\u003Cbr>los derechos de las y los palestinos, siendo numerosas las filiales de\u003Cbr>empresas israelíes que operan en el territorio español. El sector\u003Cbr>turístico se presenta como una de las áreas de negocio más\u003Cbr>lucrativas para ambas partes.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>15. Queda documentado que el mercado de la ciberseguridad en\u003Cbr>España está dominado por la tecnología israelí, directa e\u003Cbr>indirectamente –a través de empresas estadounidenses vinculadas\u003Cbr>a capital israelí–, en el ámbito de las administraciones públicas y en\u003Cbr>el privado, y que las empresas tecnológicas son actores clave en la\u003Cbr>perpetración del genocidio palestino, así como para el régimen de\u003Cbr>apartheid preexistente.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>16. Se expone que los medios de comunicación no son espectadores\u003Cbr>sino actores estructurales del genocidio: seleccionan, enmarcan,\u003Cbr>silencian o amplifican mensajes de blanqueamiento del sionismo y\u003Cbr>de deshumanización de la resistencia palestina. La cobertura\u003Cbr>mediática de Gaza en 2023–2025 muestra enfoques y posiciones\u003Cbr>políticas de complicidad con el genocidio presentadas\u003Cbr>frecuentemente como “neutrales”.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>17. La incitación al genocidio se produce mediante la difusión por los\u003Cbr>medios de comunicación masiva de discursos que deshumanizan al\u003Cbr>pueblo palestino y potencian o justifican las acciones de Israel.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>18. Israel ejecuta un culturicidio que busca desarticular la memoria\u003Cbr>colectiva, quebrar la transmisión intergeneracional y destruir la\u003Cbr>identidad nacional del pueblo palestino. El Estado español participa\u003Cbr>en la legitimación de la ocupación israelí, el apartheid y el genocidio\u003Cbr>mediante la promoción cultural, proyectando una imagen\u003Cbr>distorsionada y favorable de Israel. La colaboración cultural toma\u003Cbr>así un carácter estratégico.\u003Cbr>\u003Cbr>19. Ha quedado documentado que la influencia de Israel en espacios\u003Cbr>culturales contribuye a la aceptación social de políticas ilegales y la\u003Cbr>invisibilización de los crímenes cometidos contra las y los palestinos.\u003Cbr>Una red cultural de complicidad integra los campos económico,\u003Cbr>simbólico y mediático bajo una estrategia de legitimación efectiva y\u003Cbr>estructural.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>20. La presencia de Israel en el contexto deportivo español se\u003Cbr>observa en multitud de áreas. Entre ellas destaca la inversión de\u003Cbr>capital israelí y\u002Fo sionista en clubes como el Atlético de Madrid o el\u003Cbr>Movistar Team, el negocio de la retransmisión de eventos deportivos\u003Cbr>por empresas cercanas a Netanyahu, como DAZN, o la compra de\u003Cbr>tecnología israelí por organismos españoles como La Liga o el FC\u003Cbr>Barcelona. En España, numerosos clubes y eventos deportivos\u003Cbr>cuentan con patrocinadores vinculados a las prácticas genocidas,\u003Cbr>de ocupación ilegal y de apartheid que Israel lleva a cabo en\u003Cbr>Palestina. Junto al patrocinio privado, la participación de\u003Cbr>organismos públicos, corporaciones municipales y gobiernos de\u003Cbr>comunidades autónomas evidencia su colaboración en la\u003Cbr>vulneración de los derechos fundamentales del pueblo palestino.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>21. \u003Cem>En el ámbito del mercado sanitario queda documentado que,\u003C\u002Fem>\u003Cbr>\u003Cem>pese a las reiteradas declaraciones de personal sanitario y\u003C\u002Fem>\u003Cbr>\u003Cem>personas expertas en salud pública sobre las atrocidades\u003C\u002Fem>\u003Cbr>\u003Cem>cometidas contra la población civil en Gaza, una gran mayoría de\u003C\u002Fem>\u003Cbr>\u003Cem>academias, asociaciones y sociedades científicas de medicina,\u003C\u002Fem>\u003Cbr>\u003Cem>enfermería o farmacia, así como organizaciones profesionales de la\u003C\u002Fem>\u003Cbr>\u003Cem>salud, se ha mantenido en silencio y ha ignorado por completo las\u003C\u002Fem>\u003Cbr>\u003Cem>obligaciones impuestas por sus códigos deontológicos. En términos\u003C\u002Fem>\u003Cbr>\u003Cem>materiales, la complicidad con el genocidio en el ámbito médico\u003C\u002Fem>\u003Cbr>\u003Cem>tiene su principal exponente en el gigante farmacéutico TEVA.\u003C\u002Fem>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>22. Una parte significativa de las universidades del Estado español\u003Cbr>sigue participando en consorcios de investigación, manteniendo\u003Cbr>convenios de colaboración, cátedras y programas de movilidad con\u003Cbr>universidades e instituciones de investigación israelíes. Está\u003Cbr>documentado que algunas de estas colaboraciones implican la\u003Cbr>investigación para el desarrollo de tecnología de doble uso.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>23. Así mismo, se ha documentado la amplia colaboración de las\u003Cbr>universidades y centros de investigación españolas con empresas\u003Cbr>presentes en los territorios ocupados o que participan de la\u003Cbr>economía del apartheid y el genocidio.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>24. Centros educativos y universidades del estado español replican\u003Cbr>la lógica de eliminación colonial que se implementa en Gaza y en\u003Cbr>Palestina, mediante una censura disfrazada de imparcialidad.\u003Cbr>\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cem>\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cstrong>IV. Consideración Final\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fem>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>25\u003Cem>. El Tribunal declara que esta Resolución se emite con la\u003C\u002Fem>\u003Cbr>\u003Cem>convicción de que la voz de la conciencia colectiva es un\u003C\u002Fem>\u003Cbr>\u003Cem>instrumento indispensable frente a la impunidad, especialmente\u003C\u002Fem>\u003Cbr>\u003Cem>cuando los mecanismos institucionales formales son insuficientes o\u003C\u002Fem>\u003Cbr>\u003Cem>lentos para responder a la gravedad de los hechos.\u003C\u002Fem>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>La actual fase del genocidio nos obliga a continuar con este trabajo\u003Cbr>de documentación, denuncia y memoria. The\u003Cbr>Spanish government was and is fully aware of the illegalities and war\u003Cbr>crimes committed by the Israeli state, yet this information has not led\u003Cbr>to the corresponding measures being taken to suspend economic\u003Cbr>and diplomatic relations or to impose the sanctions required by\u003Cbr>numerous international resolutions.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>6. A case of particular relevance is that of the\u003Cbr>Global Sumud Flotilla, attacked by Israeli occupation forces, who kidnapped, mistreated\u003Cbr>and deported 49 people with Spanish passports. The government\u003Cbr>\"acted\" by abandoning its legal obligation to take the necessary\u003Cbr>measures to protect the rights of its citizens.\u003Cbr>\u003Cbr>7. The expansion of the military-police-security industry, together\u003Cbr>with Zionist lobbying practices, fuels the web of business, social and\u003Cbr>political interests that shape the agendas of the actors involved. This\u003Cbr>web of interests is sustained and reinforced by a \"state-corporate\u003Cbr>symbiosis\" in which the public administrations of complicit states\u003Cbr>such as Spain act as instrumental appendages of the markets,\u003Cbr>especially corporations dedicated to the production of harm and\u003Cbr>death.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>8. A network of state, national and international companies actively\u003Cbr>participates in the business of genocide, providing services,\u003Cbr>manufacturing products, feeding the economic and logistical\u003Cbr>machinery of the occupation and reinforcing its logic of spatial\u003Cbr>capture and systematic oppression.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>9. Over the last two years, Spanish ports have become crucial\u003Cbr>enclaves on the routes that supply weapons and energy to Israel's\u003Cbr>genocidal regime. These ports, public infrastructures financed with\u003Cbr>collective resources, have become logistical hubs for a genocidal\u003Cbr>machinery that sustains the occupation, apartheid and systematic\u003Cbr>destruction of Palestine. Routes and stopovers are repeated\u003Cbr>regularly, with the ports of Algeciras, Valencia, Barcelona, Cartagena\u003Cbr>and the naval base at Rota playing different roles in the same\u003Cbr>network. Spanish ports are part of an integrated genocidal logistics\u003Cbr>system.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>10. The evidence presented shows that the Armed Bank has played a\u003Cbr>crucial role in the production and use of weapons used in Gaza.\u003Cbr>Santander and BBVA banks, followed by Caixabank, Ibercaja, Banca\u003Cbr>March, etc., are both beneficiaries and essential facilitators of the\u003Cbr>extermination of the Palestinian people.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>11. It has been documented that companies in the civil engineering\u003Cbr>and infrastructure sector have benefited from the occupation and\u003Cbr>apartheid, as they have collaborated and participated in projects\u003Cbr>developed in the occupied territories that violate the principles of\u003Cbr>the rights of the Palestinian population. Spanish construction\u003Cbr>companies are associated with energy and road or rail\u003Cbr>infrastructure projects.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>12. It has been documented that there are Israeli extractive\u003Cbr>multinational corporations with subsidiaries in Spain that are\u003Cbr>directly complicit in the genocide. It has been found that public,\u003Cbr>academic and financial entities operate in an intertwined manner\u003Cbr>and maintain relationships with these companies, turning a blind eye\u003Cbr>to their human rights violations.\u003Cbr>\u003Cbr>13. It has been documented that Spanish and Israeli companies make\u003Cbr>significant profits in areas that are fundamental to the survival of\u003Cbr>the Palestinian people, such as water, energy and basic goods and\u003Cbr>services.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>14. The connection between real estate capital, investment funds and\u003Cbr>certain Spanish institutions with Israeli and US investment funds\u003Cbr>responsible for the violation of Palestinian rights has been proven,\u003Cbr>with numerous subsidiaries of Israeli companies operating in\u003Cbr>Spanish territory. The tourism sector is one of the most lucrative\u003Cbr>areas of business for both parties.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>15. It has been documented that the cybersecurity market in Spain is\u003Cbr>dominated by Israeli technology, directly and indirectly – through US\u003Cbr>companies linked to Israeli capital – in the public and private sectors,\u003Cbr>and that technology companies are key players in the perpetration\u003Cbr>of the Palestinian genocide, as well as in the pre-existing apartheid\u003Cbr>regime.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>16. It is argued that the media are not spectators but structural\u003Cbr>actors in the genocide: they select, frame, silence or amplify\u003Cbr>messages that whitewash Zionism and dehumanise the Palestinian\u003Cbr>resistance. Media coverage of Gaza in 2023–2025 shows approaches\u003Cbr>and political positions of complicity with genocide that are often\u003Cbr>presented as 'neutral'.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>17. Incitement to genocide occurs through the dissemination by the\u003Cbr>mass media of discourses that dehumanise the Palestinian people\u003Cbr>and empower or justify Israel's actions.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>18. Israel is carrying out a cultural genocide that seeks to dismantle\u003Cbr>collective memory, break intergenerational transmission and\u003Cbr>destroy the national identity of the Palestinian people. The Spanish\u003Cbr>State participates in legitimising the Israeli occupation, apartheid\u003Cbr>and genocide through cultural promotion, projecting a distorted\u003Cbr>and favourable image of Israel. Cultural collaboration thus takes on\u003Cbr>a strategic character.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>19. It has been documented that Israel's influence in cultural spaces\u003Cbr>contributes to the social acceptance of illegal policies and the\u003Cbr>invisibility of crimes committed against Palestinians. A cultural\u003Cbr>network of complicity integrates the economic, symbolic and media\u003Cbr>fields under a strategy of effective and structural legitimisation.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>20. Israel's presence in the Spanish sporting context can be seen in\u003Cbr>a multitude of areas. These include Israeli and\u002For Zionist capital\u003Cbr>investment in clubs such as Atlético de Madrid and Movistar Team,\u003Cbr>the broadcasting of sporting events by companies close to\u003Cbr>Netanyahu, such as DAZN, and the purchase of Israeli technology by\u003Cbr>Spanish organisations such as La Liga and FC Barcelona. In Spain,\u003Cbr>numerous clubs and sporting events have sponsors linked to Israel's\u003Cbr>genocidal practices, illegal occupation and apartheid in Palestine.\u003Cbr>Alongside private sponsorship, the participation of public bodies,\u003Cbr>municipal corporations and regional governments demonstrates\u003Cbr>their collaboration in the violation of the fundamental rights of the\u003Cbr>Palestinian people.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>\u003Cem>21. In the healthcare market, it has been documented that, despite\u003C\u002Fem>\u003Cbr>\u003Cem>repeated statements by healthcare personnel and public health\u003C\u002Fem>\u003Cbr>\u003Cem>experts about the atrocities committed against the civilian\u003C\u002Fem>\u003Cbr>\u003Cem>population in Gaza, the vast majority of academies, associations and\u003C\u002Fem>\u003Cbr>\u003Cem>scientific societies in medicine, nursing and pharmacy, as well as\u003C\u002Fem>\u003Cbr>\u003Cem>professional health organisations, have remained silent and\u003C\u002Fem>\u003Cbr>\u003Cem>completely ignored the obligations imposed by their codes of ethics.\u003C\u002Fem>\u003Cbr>\u003Cem>In material terms, complicity with genocide in the medical field is best\u003C\u002Fem>\u003Cbr>\u003Cem>exemplified by the pharmaceutical giant TEVA.\u003C\u002Fem>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>22. A significant number of universities in Spain continue to\u003Cbr>participate in research consortia, maintaining collaboration\u003Cbr>agreements, chairs and mobility programmes with Israeli universities\u003Cbr>and research institutions. It is documented that some of these\u003Cbr>collaborations involve research for the development of dual-use\u003Cbr>technology.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>23. Likewise, the extensive collaboration of Spanish universities and\u003Cbr>research centres with companies present in the occupied territories\u003Cbr>or participating in the economy of apartheid and genocide has been\u003Cbr>documented.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\">\u003Cspan lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Comfortaa',serif;\">\u003Cbr>24. Educational centres and universities in Spain replicate the logic\u003Cbr>of colonial elimination implemented in Gaza and Palestine through\u003Cbr>censorship disguised as impartiality.\u003Cbr>\u003Cbr>\u003Cem>IV.
