Today (29 May 2026), the Global Sumud Flotilla (GSF) submitted an official communication to the International Criminal Court accusing israeli military commanders and top political leaders of war crimes, crimes against humanity, torture, and conduct relevant to genocide, in connection with the violent interception of our vessels. This is not only about what was done to GSF participants. It is about the thousands of Palestinians who have faced and continue to face the same system of abuse, impunity, and violence.

Impunity is not inevitable. It is a choice. And it can be challenged. 

GSF demands independent international investigations, comprehensive arms embargoes, reparations for victims, and swift accountability for those who ordered, conducted, and facilitated these attacks. We call on all States Parties to the Rome Statute to refer this situation to the Court immediately on the international legal community to pursue legal actions against this genocidal regime.

Hoy (29 mayor 2026), la Flotilla Sumud Global (GSF) presentó una comunicación oficial a la Corte Penal Internacional acusando a comandantes militares israelíes y a los principales líderes políticos de crímenes de guerra, crímenes contra la humanidad, tortura y conductas relevantes para el genocidio, en relación con la intercepción violenta de nuestras embarcaciones. Esto no se trata solo de lo que se hizo a los participantes de la GSF. Se trata de los miles de palestinos que han enfrentado y continúan enfrentando el mismo sistema de abusos, impunidad y violencia.

La impunidad no es inevitable. Es una elección. Y puede ser cuestionada.

La GSF exige investigaciones internacionales independientes, embargos de armas integrales, reparaciones para las víctimas y responsabilidad rápida para aquellos que ordenaron, llevaron a cabo y facilitaron estos ataques. Hacemos un llamado a todos los Estados Partes del Estatuto de Roma para que refieran esta situación a la Corte de inmediato y a la comunidad legal internacional para que persiga acciones legales contra este régimen genocida.
