‘Unprecedented’: Video shows last moments of Gaza medics killed by Israel  Video discovered on mobile phone of one of the victims reveals the details of an Israeli attack that killed 15 medics, including eight from the Palestinian Red Crescent.

In the video, the voices of two medics are heard – one saying, “The vehicle, the vehicle,” and another responding: “It seems to be an accident.” Seconds later, a volley of gunfire breaks out, and the screen goes black.

The video – found on the phone of deceased Rifat Radwan and released on Saturday by the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) – shows their final moments as the Palestinian medics, wearing highly reflective uniforms and inside a clearly identifiable PRCS ambulance, are shot at by Israeli forces in Rafah’s Tal as-Sultan neighbourhood in southern Gaza on March 23.

The medic recording the scene can later be heard reciting the Islamic declaration of faith, the Shahada, which Muslims traditionally say in the face of death. “There is no God but God, Muhammad is his messenger,” he says repeatedly, his voice trembling with fear as intense gunfire continues in the background.

He is also heard saying: “Forgive me mother because I chose this way, the way of helping people.” He then says: “Accept my martyrdom, God, and forgive me.”

Just before the video ends, he is heard saying: “The Jews are coming, the Jews are coming,” apparently referring to Israeli soldiers.

His voice rose from under the rubble to expose their lies and their heinous crime? Rifaat Radwan, who rose from the grave to be a witness and martyr! The "israeli" Occupation Army Commits a Shocking Crime by Executing 15 Humanitarian Workers During a Rescue Mission in Rafah Governorate, Southern Gaza Strip
We strongly condemn the horrific and brutal crime committed by the "israeli" occupation army through the direct targeting and field execution of 15 humanitarian workers — including 8 paramedics from the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, 6 members of the Palestinian Civil Defense teams, and an employee of UNRWA — while they were carrying out a humanitarian mission to evacuate the wounded in Rafah Governorate (southern Gaza Strip) in response to an urgent distress call.
This heinous crime, perpetrated in cold blood, and following the "israeli" army’s deliberate prevention of retrieving the bodies of the martyrs for eight consecutive days, is yet another clear indication of the occupation’s systematic policy of targeting medical and humanitarian teams, in blatant violation of all international conventions and norms — particularly the Geneva Conventions, which guarantee full protection for humanitarian and medical workers.
Field evidence and testimonies confirm that some of the victims were physically executed while handcuffed, and were shot in fatal areas of the head and chest by the occupation forces, which proves that this was not a random act of violence, but rather a deliberate execution sanctioned by the Israeli army.
In light of this horrific and brutal crime, we affirm the following:
First: We hold the "israeli" occupation, the United States administration, and other countries complicit in the crime of genocide — such as the United Kingdom, Germany, and France — fully responsible for this heinous crime. We affirm that it constitutes a war crime and a crime against humanity in every sense.
Second: We call on the international community, the United Nations, the Security Council, and all human rights and humanitarian bodies to take immediate and practical steps to hold the "israeli" occupation accountable for these massacres.
Third: We demand an urgent and independent international investigation under the supervision of the United Nations and the International Criminal Court to uncover the full details of this horrific crime and bring its perpetrators to justice.
Fourth: We urge the High Contracting Parties to the Geneva Conventions to uphold their legal responsibilities and impose immediate sanctions on the "israeli" occupation to stop this ongoing series of crimes against civilians and humanitarian workers.
Fifth: We call for urgent action to ensure the protection of medical and humanitarian teams in the Gaza Strip and enable them to perform their duties without targeting or obstruction.
These brutal massacres committed by the occupation will not strip our Palestinian people of their right to life, freedom, and dignity, nor will they deter our medical and humanitarian teams from fulfilling their duty to save innocent lives. We will continue to pursue justice at all levels to hold the "israeli" occupation accountable for its crimes, and we will not rest until the perpetrators are brought to justice.

“The available information indicates that the first team was killed by Israeli forces on 23 March, and that other emergency and aid crews were struck one after another over several hours as they searched for their missing colleagues.
“They were buried under the sand, alongside their wrecked emergency vehicles – clearly marked ambulances, a fire truck and a UN car.”

Following coordination with the International Red Cross, Civil Defense teams entered the Tel Al-Sultan area in Rafah, south of Gaza. 
It was confirmed that Israeli forces had executed all 16 members of the missing Civil Defense and Red Crescent teams, who had disappeared four days ago. 

They were found buried near the barracks. Additionally, all Red Crescent ambulances and Civil Defense firefighting vehicles at the site were deliberately destroyed.

The names of the missing members from the Civil Defense and Red Crescent teams in Rafah are as follows:

Update: 

The body of Anwar Al-Attar, head of the Civil Defense mission in Rafah, was found and transferred to Nasser Hospital. Fourteen others remain missing, with search efforts for their bodies set to resume tomorrow.

"Sin precedentes": Un video muestra los últimos momentos de los médicos de Gaza asesinados por Israel. Un video encontrado en el teléfono móvil de una de las víctimas revela los detalles de un ataque israelí que mató a 15 médicos, incluidos ocho de la Media Luna Roja Palestina.

En el video, se escuchan las voces de dos médicos: uno dice: "El vehículo, el vehículo" y otro responde: "Parece un accidente". Segundos después, se escucha una ráfaga de disparos y la pantalla se queda en negro.

El video, hallado en el teléfono del fallecido Rifat Radwan y publicado el sábado por la Media Luna Roja Palestina (MLRP), muestra sus últimos momentos mientras los médicos palestinos, vestidos con uniformes altamente reflectantes y dentro de una ambulancia claramente identificable de la MLRP, son atacados a tiros por las fuerzas israelíes en el barrio de Tal as-Sultan de Rafah, al sur de Gaza, el 23 de marzo.

Posteriormente, se puede escuchar al médico que graba la escena recitando la declaración de fe islámica, la Shahada, que los musulmanes dicen tradicionalmente ante la muerte. "No hay más Dios que Dios, Mahoma es su mensajero", repite repetidamente, con la voz temblorosa de miedo mientras se oyen intensos disparos de fondo.

También se le escucha decir: "Perdóname, madre, porque elegí este camino, el camino de ayudar a la gente". Luego añade: "Acepta mi martirio, Dios, y perdóname". Justo antes de que termine el video, se le escucha decir: "Vienen los judíos, vienen los judíos", aparentemente refiriéndose a los soldados israelíes.

Varios de los cadáveres del grupo de 15 sanitarios y socorristas palestinos abatidos por las fuerzas israelíes y enterrados en una fosa común hace 10 días en Gaza presentaban heridas de bala en la cabeza y el pecho. De acuerdo con dos testigos presenciales, también tenían las manos o las piernas atadas. 

Sus testimonios se suman al cúmulo de pruebas que apuntan a un crimen de guerra posiblemente grave cometido por las fuerzas israelíes el pasado 23 de marzo contra personal de rescate de Defensa Civil y sanitarios de las ambulancias de la Media Luna Roja Palestina, que a primera hora de la mañana habían acudido al distrito de Al Hashashin, en Rafah (la ciudad más meridional de Gaza), donde se había producido un bombardeo.

Los equipos internacionales de ayuda humanitaria no han podido acceder a la zona hasta este fin de semana. El sábado recuperaron un cadáver y el domingo encontraron otros catorce en una fosa en la arena. Desde allí los llevaron a la cercana ciudad de Jan Yunis para la autopsia.

El Ejército de Ocupación israelí comete un crimen atroz al ejecutar a 15 trabajadores humanitarios durante una misión de rescate en la gobernación de Rafah, sur de la Franja de Gaza. Condenamos enérgicamente el horroroso y brutal crimen cometido por el Ejército de Ocupación israelí al atacar directamente y ejecutar en el terreno a 15 trabajadores humanitarios —incluidos 8 paramédicos de la Media Luna Roja Palestina, 6 miembros de los equipos de Defensa Civil Palestina y un empleado de la UNRWA— mientras realizaban una misión humanitaria para evacuar a los heridos en la gobernación de Rafah (sur de la Franja de Gaza) en respuesta a una llamada de socorro urgente.

Este atroz crimen, perpetrado a sangre fría y tras ocho días consecutivos de incapacidad del ejército israelí para recuperar los cuerpos de los mártires, es una clara muestra de la política sistemática de la ocupación de atacar a los equipos médicos y humanitarios, en flagrante violación de todas las convenciones y normas internacionales, en particular las Convenciones de Ginebra, que garantizan la plena protección del personal humanitario y sanitario. Las pruebas y testimonios de campo confirman que algunas de las víctimas fueron ejecutadas mientras estaban esposadas y que las fuerzas de ocupación les dispararon en zonas letales de la cabeza y el pecho, lo que demuestra que no se trató de un acto de violencia aleatorio, sino de una ejecución deliberada autorizada por el ejército israelí.

Ante este horrible y brutal crimen, afirmamos lo siguiente:

Primero: Responsabilizamos plenamente a la ocupación israelí, al gobierno de Estados Unidos y a otros países cómplices del genocidio, como el Reino Unido, Alemania y Francia, de este atroz crimen. Afirmamos que constituye un crimen de guerra y un crimen de lesa humanidad en todos los sentidos.

Segundo: Instamos a la comunidad internacional, a las Naciones Unidas, al Consejo de Seguridad y a todos los organismos humanitarios y de derechos humanos a que tomen medidas inmediatas y prácticas para exigir responsabilidades a la ocupación israelí por estas masacres.

Tercero: Exigimos una investigación internacional urgente e independiente bajo la supervisión de las Naciones Unidas y la Corte Penal Internacional para esclarecer todos los detalles de este atroz crimen y llevar a sus autores ante la justicia. Cuarto: Instamos a las Altas Partes Contratantes de los Convenios de Ginebra a que asuman sus responsabilidades legales e impongan sanciones inmediatas a la ocupación israelí para poner fin a esta serie de crímenes contra civiles y trabajadores humanitarios.

Quinto: Exigimos medidas urgentes para garantizar la protección de los equipos médicos y humanitarios en la Franja de Gaza y permitirles desempeñar sus funciones sin ser atacados ni obstaculizados. Estas brutales masacres cometidas por la ocupación no privarán a nuestro pueblo palestino de su derecho a la vida, la libertad y la dignidad, ni disuadirán a nuestros equipos médicos y humanitarios de cumplir con su deber de salvar vidas inocentes. Seguiremos buscando justicia a todos los niveles para que la ocupación israelí rinda cuentas por sus crímenes, y no descansaremos hasta que los responsables sean llevados ante la justicia.

La información disponible indica que el primer equipo fue asesinado por las fuerzas israelíes el 23 de marzo, y que otros equipos de emergencia y ayuda humanitaria fueron atacados uno tras otro durante varias horas mientras buscaban a sus compañeros desaparecidos. Quedaron sepultados bajo la arena, junto a sus vehículos de emergencia destrozados: ambulancias claramente identificadas, un camión de bomberos y un vehículo de la ONU.

Tras coordinarse con la Cruz Roja Internacional, equipos de Defensa Civil entraron en la zona de Tel Al-Sultan en Rafah, al sur de Gaza. Se confirmó que las fuerzas israelíes ejecutaron a los 16 miembros de los equipos de Defensa Civil y de la Media Luna Roja desaparecidos hace cuatro días. Fueron encontrados enterrados cerca del cuartel.

Además, todas las ambulancias de la Media Luna Roja y los vehículos de bomberos de la Defensa Civil que se encontraban en el lugar fueron destruidos deliberadamente.
