El Servicio Navarro de Salud no prorrogará el contrato de tres fármacos suministrados por empresas israelíes y los sustituirá por otros de compañías que no tengan relación con el Gobierno de Bejamin Netanyahu.

La medida ha sido anunciada por la consejera de Derechos Sociales, Mari Carmen Maeztu, quien ha señalado que responde al “compromiso adquirido por el Gobierno de Navarra de romper las relaciones con las empresas israelíes”.

Ha explicado que se van a sustituir los fármacos suministrados por estas empresas que se emplean en el día a día, tanto en Atención Primaria como en Atención Hospitalaria“ y que la no renovación ”se realizará por supuesto con todas las garantías jurídicas y asistenciales“.

Maeztu ha incidido en que “este mismo proceder se aplicará también a las colaboraciones en los ámbitos de la ciberseguridad y la tecnología cada vez que sea posible, cuando pueda procederse al recambio de los productos y al reemplazo de los servicios referidos sin perjuicio para la ciudadanía navarra”.

La consejera ha manifestado que “el Gobierno de Navarra mantendrá este compromiso mientras perdure el genocidio de la población palestina, si bien, haciendo compatible su firmeza contra el Gobierno de Netanyahu con el respeto que debemos tener a las decisiones del tejido empresarial productivo navarro desde ese principio también de libertad de empresa”.

Hemos estado haciendo incidencia en Gobierno de Navarra, segmento médico y de farmacias, personas usuarias...
 
Agradecemos que las diferentes reuniones y peticiones con Consejería de Salud y con parlamentarios vayan teniendo los primeros efectos.
 
En todo caso sostenemos la campaña de #TEVAnoGracias #stopTEVA, pero saludamos las primeras medidas adoptadas por el Gobierno de Navarra y Osasunbidea cancelando contratos de fármacos israelíes.
 
Ha habido un trabajo intenso con la campaña STOP TEVA que sostendremos en el tiempo, hasta que cesen todos los contratos posibles con la misma.
 
Agradecemos desde aquí a los más de 5000 firmantes de la campaña (más de 1000 en firmas físicas y el resto en campaña digital).
 
Recordamos que en la marcha ciudadana #IbaitikItsasora TEVA fue uno de los objetivos trabajados.

The Navarre Health Service (Spain) will not extend the contract for three drugs supplied by Israeli companies and will replace them with others from companies unrelated to Benjamin Netanyahu's government.
 
The measure was announced by the Minister of Social Rights, Mari Carmen Maeztu, who stated that it responds to "the commitment made by the Government of Navarre to sever ties with Israeli companies."
 
She explained that the drugs supplied by these companies that are used daily, both in Primary Care and Hospital Care, will be replaced, and that non-renewals "will, of course, be carried out with all legal and healthcare guarantees."
 
Maeztu emphasized that "this same approach will also be applied to collaborations in the areas of cybersecurity and technology whenever possible, when the products can be replaced and the services referred to can be replaced without harming the citizens of Navarre."
 
The minister stated that "the Government of Navarre will maintain this commitment as long as the genocide of the Palestinian population continues, while making its firmness against the Netanyahu government compatible with the respect we must have for the decisions of Navarre's productive business community, also based on this principle of freedom of enterprise."

After months of coordinated work by @Yala_Nafarroa @HW4PalestSpain , #Nasaf and the Navarre Health Platform, and thanks to the support of Navarrese society, we are beginning to see results along the lines of the @BDSmovement campaigns (the Israeli pharmaceutical company TEVA has been a priority target of the BDS since September 2025).
 
We have been advocating with the Government of Navarre, the medical and pharmacy sectors, users...
 
We are grateful that the various meetings and petitions with the Ministry of Health and with parliamentarians are having initial results.
 
In any case, we support the #TEVAnoGracias #stopTEVA campaign, but we welcome the initial measures adopted by the Government of Navarre and Osasunbidea canceling contracts for Israeli pharmaceuticals.
 
There has been intense work on the STOP TEVA campaign, which we will continue over time, until all possible contracts with the company are terminated.
 
We would like to thank the more than 5,000 signatories of the campaign (more than 1,000 in physical signatures and the rest (digital campaign).
 
We remind you that TEVA was one of the objectives worked on during the #IbaitikItsasora citizen march.
