A todas las personas y organizaciones que me han expresado su apoyo.

Hola a todos y todas:
Como sabéis el pasado 11 de Noviembre el periódico Ideal de Granada publicó una noticia sobre mi persona, con el titular “El colegio de Médicos estudia una queja por un doctor que pide no dar medicinas de una marca israelí”.

En ella se me señalaba con mi nombre y apellidos. En la noticia, la periodista firmante se hacía eco de una queja interpuesta ante el Colegio de Médicos de Granada por “una entidad contra el antisemitismo” - la“Comisión Sanitaria contra el Antisemitismo” y la ”Coordinadora Estatal de Lucha contra el Antisemitismo- hacia mi persona- .
 
En el texto se recogían acusaciones muy graves contra mí, por mi recomendación a pacientes y
farmacéuticos de que eviten dispensar y consumir medicamentos del laboratorio israelí TEVA, una empresa bien conocida por su apoyo al Genocidio de Gaza y sus prácticas corruptas.
 
Se trataba de un escrito anónimo, sin firma, que aun así el Colegio de Granada accedió a estudiar. El procedimiento seguido por el Colegio en los días siguientes en la tramitación de esta queja estuvo plagado de irregularidades, pero finalmente se ha saldado con el cierre del expediente y el archivo de la denuncia.

Estoy seguro de que uno de los factores clave para este desenlace fue el masivo apoyo que recibí de cientos de organizaciones como la vuestra, en respuesta a una solicitud gestionada y liderada por la Asociación Pro-Derechos Humanos de Andalucía en Granada. Muchas gracias de corazón por este apoyo tan generoso y solidario.
 
El soporte emocional y técnico que me proporcionó el equipo de la APDH-A ha sido abrumador y mi agradecimiento hacia ellos y ellas, es también inmenso.
 
El Colegio de Médicos de Granada ha salido con el prestigio muy tocado y el sionismo ha sido simbólicamente derrotado por vuestra cerrada unidad de acción.

No creo que esta agresión sea tanto una acción dirigida a mi persona, como una actuación dirigida a todas las personas implicadas en la causa palestina. No creo ser una persona tan importante.
Se trata más bien de una advertencia intimidatoria dirigida a cuantas personas deseen implicarse activamente en la lucha con el genocidio que no cesa. Quieren que tengamos miedo. No pueden conseguirlo.
 
Cualquiera de las cosas que puedan hacernos es bien pequeña en comparación a la represión feroz, mortal, que están llevando a cabo con el pueblo
palestino y los miembros de la resistencia. Su tesón, su fortaleza asombrosa, tiene que ser motor de la nuestra.

La reacción de apoyo de la que vuestra organización ha formado parte también demuestra una cosa muy importante: que en un momento en que la propaganda israelí y sus cómplices occidentales extienden la idea de que “llegó la paz a Gaza” y, por tanto, la lucha carece de sentido, hay mucha gente, muchas organizaciones como la vuestra, que no se creen esta mentira cruel, esta manipulación.
 
Por eso se levantan en cuanto hay posibilidad de denunciar esta distopía en la forma que sea: por ejemplo, apoyando a un simple médico de familia que es acosado por defender el boicot a Teva.
 
Y la unión de los insurrectos derriba el hormigón más armado.

Por último quiero señalar la importancia de las acciones de boicot, no solo al laboratorio israelí TEVA, sino a todas las empresas que colaboran directamente o indirectamente con el genocidio y que el movimiento BDS nos señala.
 
El boicot fue clave para acabar con el régimen de apartheid de Sudáfrica y será clave para el
desmantelamiento del régimen colonial, racista y supremacista del sionismo israelí.
 
Cada acto de boicot, por pequeño que sea, cuenta y se convierte en marea que derribará sus muros ensangrentados.
Termino ya agradeciéndoos de nuevo vuestro apoyo, a mi persona pero, sobre todo, a la lucha del pueblo palestino en unas horas muy difíciles.

Un gran y fraterno abrazo a todos y todas. ¡Viva Palestina libre, desde el río hasta el mar!

To all the people and organizations who have expressed their support.
 
Hello everyone. As you know, on November 11, the Granada newspaper Ideal published an article about me, with the headline “The College of Physicians (Colegio de Médicos de Granada) is studying a complaint against a doctor who asks that medicines from an Israeli brand not be prescribed.” 
 
In it, I was mentioned by name. In the news article, the journalist reported on a complaint filed with the Granada Medical Association by an anti-Semitism organization—the "Health Commission Against Anti-Semitism" and the "State Coordinator for the Fight Against Anti-Semitism"—against me.
 
The text contained very serious accusations against me for my recommendation to patients and pharmacists to avoid dispensing and using medications from the Israeli laboratory TEVA, a company well-known for its support of the Gaza Genocide and its corrupt practices. It was an anonymous, unsigned document, which the Granada Medical Association nevertheless agreed to review.
 
The procedure followed by the Association in the following days in processing this complaint was riddled with irregularities, but it ultimately resulted in the closure of the case and the dismissal of the complaint.
 
I am certain that one of the key factors in this outcome was the massive support I received from hundreds of organizations like yours, in response to a Request managed and led by the Association for Human Rights of Andalusia in Granada.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this generous and supportive assistance. The emotional and technical support provided by the APDH-A team has been overwhelming, and my gratitude towards them is also immense.
 
The Granada Medical Association (Colegio de Médicos de Granada) has suffered a severe blow to its reputation, and Zionism has been symbolically defeated by your unwavering unity of action.
 
I don't believe this attack is so much directed at me personally as it is at all those involved in the Palestinian cause. I don't consider myself that important. It is more of an intimidating warning aimed at all those who wish to actively participate in the fight against the ongoing genocide. They want us to be afraid.
 
They cannot succeed. Anything they can do to us is insignificant compared to the fierce, deadly repression they are carrying out against the Palestinian people and the members of the resistance.
Their tenacity, Its astonishing strength must be the driving force behind ours. The outpouring of support in which your organization has participated also demonstrates something very important: that at a time when Israeli propaganda and its Western accomplices are spreading the idea that “peace has come to Gaza” and, therefore, the struggle is pointless, there are many people, many organizations like yours, who do not believe this cruel lie, this manipulation.
 
That is why they rise up as soon as there is a possibility to denounce this dystopia in whatever form: for example, by supporting a simple family doctor who is harassed for defending the boycott of Teva.
 
And the unity of the insurgents can bring down even the most reinforced concrete.
 
Finally, I want to emphasize the importance of boycott actions, not only against the Israeli laboratory Teva, but against all the companies that collaborate directly or indirectly with the genocide and that the BDS movement points out to us. The boycott was key to ending the apartheid regime in South Africa and will be key to dismantling the The colonial, racist, and supremacist regime of Israeli Zionism.
 
Every act of boycott, however small, counts and becomes a tide that will bring down its bloodstained walls.
 
I conclude by thanking you again for your support, both for me personally and, above all, for the struggle of the Palestinian people in these very difficult times.
 
A big, fraternal hug to everyone. Long live a free Palestine, from the river to the sea!
